- 1. General conditions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of the online shop www.elegantiskai.lt (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") constitute a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), which sets out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Parties.
1.2 The Seller reserves the right to amend, modify or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer shall be informed of any changes to the Terms and Conditions on the website of the e-shop. - 2. Parties and their contact details

2.2. Buyer (customer) - a person who visits the website as a potential or first-time visitor and purchaser, but who is at least 18 years old. - Establishment of the Purchase and Sale Agreement
3.1 The contract of sale between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to have been established when the Buyer forms and submits an order for the Goods in the online shop www.elegantiskai.lt, having first read these Terms and Conditions, and makes the payment. - Seller's rights
4.1 In serious circumstances, the Seller may suspend temporarily or completely the operation of the online shop without prior notice to the Buyer.
4.2 If the Buyer attempts to undermine the operation, stability and security of the e-shop or violates his/her obligations, the Seller shall have the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer's access to the e-shop without notice. - Obligations of the Seller
5.1 The Seller is obliged to make available the services of the online shop, the conditions of operation of which are set out in these Conditions.
5.2 The Seller is obliged to protect all personal data transmitted by the Buyer. The ways in which your data is processed can be found here: Privacy Policy.
5.3 The Seller is obliged to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer by the delivery method chosen by the Buyer, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase.
5.4 Where, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver the goods ordered in the online shop, the Seller shall have the right to terminate the Purchase and Sale Agreement by informing the Buyer in advance. The Seller may offer an equivalent product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid within 3 working days.
5.5 If the Buyer exercises the right provided for in Clause 6.2 of the Terms and Conditions, the Seller undertakes to reimburse the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
5.6 The Seller may not refund the amount paid by the Buyer until the Goods have been returned to the Seller. - Buyer's rights
6.1 The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the Online Shop in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
6.2 The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of goods concluded in the online shop by notifying the Seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
6.3. the Buyer may exercise the Buyer's right referred to in clause 6.2 only if the goods have not been used, damaged or substantially altered in appearance, are labelled and in their original packaging.
6.4 The Buyer agrees to provide his/her personal data necessary for the execution of the order. - Obligations of the Buyer
7.1 The Buyer is obliged to pay for and accept the purchase of the Goods in accordance with these Conditions.
7.2 If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods at the time of delivery without good reason, the Buyer shall be liable to pay the costs of returning the goods at the Seller's request.
7.3 At the time of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, the Buyer shall inspect the condition of the consignment and of the Good(s) together with the person delivering the consignment.
7.4 By using the online shop, the Buyer confirms that he/she accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale and must comply with them. - Prices of goods
8.1 The prices of goods in the online shop are quoted in euros. Prices are inclusive of VAT. A delivery charge shall be added to the total amount of the goods upon confirmation of the order.
8.2 The price of some items varies according to size, so you will need to check the price next to the item once you have selected your size. - Ordering and payment of goods
9.1 The Customer shall select the items he/she likes and place them in his/her shopping basket when visiting the Online Shop. After the shopping cart has been created, the Buyer shall enter the personal data necessary for the execution of the order: his/her name, surname, address to which the goods will be delivered, telephone number, e-mail address and any additional information that may be relevant for the delivery of the goods ordered. The Buyer acknowledges that he/she has read these Rules and confirms the order. The order will only be processed upon receipt of payment for the item(s).
9.2 The characteristics of all goods sold shall be set out in the description attached to each product. The Seller shall not be liable for the fact that the colour, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online shop may not correspond to the actual size, shape and colour of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer. 9.3 If the Buyer has not paid the amounts due, the order shall be deemed cancelled.

10.1 When ordering goods, the Buyer must specify the exact delivery address.
10.2 The Buyer is obliged to accept the goods themselves. If the Buyer is unable to take delivery of the goods themselves, but the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer shall not be entitled to make any claim against the wrong person for the delivery of the goods.
10.3 The Seller shall deliver the Goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms set out in the descriptions of the Goods, but not later than 30 days from the date of conclusion of the Contract.
10.4 In the event of the Buyer's withdrawal from the contract for the sale of goods, the Buyer shall be refunded all sums paid by the Buyer, including the Buyer's delivery costs.
10.5.The goods are delivered on the territory of Lithuania and in foreign countries.
10.6 www.elegantiskai.lt is dropshippinge-shop, which is operated by many different suppliers. Therefore, goods placed in the shopping cart from different suppliers may be delivered to the buyer in separate shipments and on different dates (the exact date is indicated next to the specific product).
10.7. In the event that the Buyer provides incorrect information or an inaccurate address, the Buyer undertakes to reimburse the Seller for all costs associated with delivery. - Returns
11.1 Goods of good quality may be returned within 14 days of receipt. The defects of goods sold in poor quality shall be rectified, the poor quality goods shall be replaced and the goods shall be returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania 6.364.1 The buyer receives a return form together with the goods, which contains the information and conditions for return.
11.2 The following conditions must be complied with when returning the goods:
11.2.1. The returned goods must be in their original packaging, in the same condition in which you received the goods (this clause does not apply in the case of returns of low quality goods);
11.2.2. the Goods must be undamaged, unused, unworn and in good condition: no damaged labels, no torn protective film, etc. (this clause does not apply to returns of low-quality Goods);
11.2.3. the returned goods must be in the same condition as when received by the Buyer (this clause does not apply in the case of returns of defective goods);
11.2.4. the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the Buyer's return if the conditions for the return of goods have not been complied with;
11.2.5. the return of goods shall be made in the manner prescribed by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods (this clause does not apply in the case of low-quality goods, in which case the return of goods shall be made within the statutory warranty period).
11.3 Returns and replacements of goods of satisfactory quality shall be made in accordance with Article 6.2281010 (1) of the Civil Code.
11.4 Money paid for goods accepted by the Buyer but subsequently rejected shall be refunded to the Buyer's account no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of return of the goods to the Seller, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.
11.5 Goods made or sewn to the Buyer's individual order (with the addition of special features or attributes tailored to the Buyer's personal needs; for goods not included in the public offer; for goods made to the Buyer's specifications (e.g. adjusted standard size, selection of fabrics atypical of the Seller's range, etc.)) shall not be returned and shall not be exchanged.
11.6 The Seller shall pay the delivery costs for the return of the goods. - Restrictions and prohibitions
12.1 Under no circumstances may this online shop be abused. By using it, you agree that:
12.1.1. you will not commit, or incite the commission of, any criminal offence;
12.1.2. you will neither provide nor distribute harmful or malicious content or viruses;
12.1.3. you will not disrupt the integrity of this website by any action, including intrusions into the database, distortion of data, interference with other users' use of this online shop, disregard for the privacy or rights of other users, the sending of unsolicited advertising or marketing material, or any attempt to modify the programs of any network or computer services connected to this online shop;
12.1.4. you will not copy, republish or use any of the content, images, photographs, text on this website without the prior written permission of the owner of this website and will comply with all copyright laws.
12.2 We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage caused by the attack of viruses or other technological constructs which are genuinely harmful to your computer, including specific programs, data or other material contained therein, while you are voluntarily downloading material from this or any other website linked to it.
12.3 We reserve all rights to render any user account inoperative at any time if we suspect that a malicious attack may have taken place or if we believe that a user has violated these Terms of Sale and Purchase, including by direct violation and misuse.
12.4 If, when you open this website, you find that the presentation is not to your liking, or if you see pages or links that do not take you where you expected, please let us know about such inconvenience so that we can make any necessary corrections. Of course, we recommend that you update your browser so that the latest version is installed on your computer. Please also make sure that JavaScript support is enabled in your browser. - Closing Conditions
13.1 These Rules are drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
13.2 These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between the Parties hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
13.3 All disagreements arising out of the performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
13.4 The Parties shall be excused from the performance of their obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such performance is prevented by unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (force majeure).
